2020 offered unique challenges for all of us. But despite these challenges, 2020 didn’t stop us from thinking of you first. We improved customer service hold times and had a 96% first call resolution rate.
We are also committed to finding opportunities to reduce your healthcare spend. We were able to expand our direct-to-employer contracting with more hospitals and providers throughout the country, allowing more clients the opportunity to take advantage of the best available pricing. We enhanced our MedBen Rx Prescription Portal so members can compare drug prices at local pharmacies, and we launched a new partnership with FSA Store and HSA Store, to make member shopping more convenient.
With COVID-19 front and center, MedBen responded with legislative summaries via e-briefs and provided to you our COVID-19 Resource Center at MedBen.com. Plus, the MedBen Analytics reporting portal added a COVID-19 Impact Dashboard to help you track how the pandemic has affected your plan.
In 2021, we will continue developing innovative ways to deliver maximum value from your self-funded plan through our risk management, wellness and cost containment strategies. This includes expanding our MedBen Rx solutions, which you’ll hear more about soon.
