There is no waiting period for major restorative services, unless the employee enrolls late.

The employer simply selects the covered services and benefit options, such as deductibles and coinsurance, that best fit the needs of the company. Plus, simplified monthly premium billings contribute to ease of operation.

MedBen Voluntary Dental
MedBen Voluntary Dental allows businesses with 10 or more enrollees to offer employees an inclusive dental benefit at minimal cost to the employer. Monthly rates are based on the percentage of employees who sign up for the plan – the higher the participation, the lower the rate! Even companies with as little as 30% participation can offer dental benefits.

MedBen Voluntary Dental offers employees a comprehensive package of preventive and restorative services. Routine exams, cleanings and x-rays are covered in full. And, new members don’t need to change dentists or wait to receive preventive care.

MedBen Complete
MedBen Complete provides employees with total preventive coverage – all the features found separately in MedBen Group Dental and MedBen VisionPlus, conveniently offered under one plan. And because providing these services together is more efficient for MedBen, we pass the savings on to the employer through a discounted rate.

If you already offer MedBen VisionPlus in your benefits package, you have an additional incentive to upgrade: If you choose MedBen Complete within 30 days of your renewal date, you will receive a combined service discount.
