Short-Term Disability
MedBen’s short-term disability coverage ensures that a non-occupational injury or illness doesn’t keep employees from receiving a steady income. Benefits begin on the first day of an accidental injury, or the 8th day of an illness, and are available as either a percentage of basic weekly earnings or a flat amount. Employers can choose from several plan options and benefit periods.

Long-Term Disability
