  • Timeliness in answering Customer Service calls: 4.7
  • Customer Service staff courtesy and professionalism: 4.9
  • Account Management teams’ ability to handle inquiries and issues: 4.8
  • Account Management teams’ courtesy and professionalism: 5.0
