System software is maintained by Chuck Brooks and a team of internal programmers. On-line administration, customer service, and claims functions are integrated through Genelco health benefit management software. Our programmers have the ability to create and modify software to best suit client needs; in fact, much of our original customer service programming is now included in Genelco’s core software. MedBen also uses special software to provides clients with many useful and informative reports. Such reports are formatted to protect the medical privacy of individual participants, removing participant names and identification number information. Our most common reports are generated either monthly or quarterly, and are hosted on a secure second server for easy client access. We can also design custom reports for both internal use and at the client’s request. |
