As the name implies, MedBen Complete provides employees with total preventive coverage – all the features found separately in MedBen VisionPlus and MedBen Group Dental, conveniently offered under one plan. And because providing these services together is more efficient for MedBen, we pass the savings on to the employer through a discounted rate.

MedBen Complete is available as a fully-funded or a self-funded plan. An ideal way to realize additional savings for both employer and employee is by setting up a flexible spending account (FSA). Premiums paid by the employees through the FSA are not taxed. And since employee contributions escape social security and Medicare taxes, employees do not have to match these taxes.

Finally, if you already offer MedBen VisionPlus or MedBen Group Dental in your benefits package, you have an additional incentive to upgrade: If you choose MedBen Complete within 30 days of your renewal date, you will receive a combined service discount.
