MedBen Complete is available as a fully-funded or a self-funded plan. An ideal way to realize additional savings for both employer and employee is by setting up a flexible spending account (FSA). Premiums paid by the employees through the FSA are not taxed. And since employee contributions escape social security and Medicare taxes, employees do not have to match these taxes.
