During our semi-annual ISO 9001 audits, satisfaction surveys are reviewed by independent auditors to ensure MedBen has taken proper steps toward providing quality performance and addressing opportunities for improvement.
MedBen successfully completed and passed its most recent surveillance audit on October 3. The auditor complemented the knowledge MedBen employees displayed about their processes… again, processes that we continually work to improve by listening to and acting on what you have to say.
