Job Positions Available


Account Representative
The Account Representative is primarily responsible for overseeing the administration of self-funded benefit plans. This position acts as a liaison between the plan administrator and MedBen and cultivates and maintains a positive relationship with the client.

Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative responds to telephone calls from customers regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims processing and assists in resolving problems related to these areas.

Customer Service Group Lead
The Customer Service Group Lead responds to telephone calls from various customers of Medical Benefits Mutual and Medical Benefits Administrators regarding eligibility, benefits, and claims processing. This position also assists other Customer Service Representatives in resolving problems related to these areas.
