The ISO 9001 standard consists of principles that help ensure uniform levels of quality are applied throughout an organization. To earn certification in 2005, MedBen implemented a process for continual improvement. And in order to earn recertification every three years, we have to demonstrate the ways in which we provide the best client service.
Twice yearly, we undergo audits of our work procedures to make certain that we are meeting established ISO 9001 quality standards. Review elements vary from one audit to the next and can involve any MedBen department or personnel.
In addition to continual improvement, ISO Certification enables MedBen to reduce inefficiencies and waste, thereby experiencing a significant cost savings, while maintaining our focus on client satisfaction.
