MedBen Regional Sales Manager Brooke Hupp recently completed the Community Leadership program offered through the Licking County (OH) Chamber of Commerce. The nine-month program teaches participants the importance of “strength-based” leadership and developing the attributes at which they excel.
Asked about the value of the program, Hupp replied, “We learned our five key strengths and how to use each one to build our leadership styles, so we can grow personally and professionally. It also gave me the opportunity to meet and learn from other leaders in our community.”
As for how completing the program will benefit her, Hupp said, “It has given me a better insight into the strengths I bring to MedBen and our clients. What I’ve learned will help me to maximize those strengths and build from them.”
Brooke has served the health benefits needs of current and prospective MedBen clients in portions of Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee since 2014. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences and Health Management.
