MedBen Access has a new look! Our online services portal offers improved functionality and newly added quick-access icons, allowing users to access benefits and claims information with ease and convenience.
When you go to the home page, you’ll immediately notice the change. And once you log in, you’ll see the site’s most popular features can now be viewed by clicking on the quick-access icons:
- View Employee Details – Plan information and documents.
- View Medical Claims – Claims information and downloadable EOBs.
- View Out-of-Pocket & Deductible Accumulators – Single and family accumulators for medical and dental.
You’ll also find a new feature – View My ID Card, which allows you to download and print a copy of your card. And depending on your plan design, you may see some additional quick-access icons as well.
If you’re a plan administrator, you’ll find the same useful functions, such as viewing enrollments and making member changes, are all still available… all with the new look.
