In addition to the pharmacy solutions MedBen Rx provides to lower employer drug spend, plan members also have a great resource to help keep their prescription costs down. The MedBen Rx Prescription Portal, available through MedBen Access online or via our mobile app, provides useful tools to find needed drugs at the best prices.
Using the MedBen Rx Prescription Portal, members can:
- Research equivalent alternatives to current drugs, including lower-cost generics.
- Determine if a specific drug is covered under their plan.
- Locate participating pharmacies in their area, and compare pricing to be sure they’re paying the lowest cost.
- Review prescription drug purchases and get detailed information about current medications, including side effects.
- Check accumulated deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts.
- Print a prescription card (or use your mobile device) to present to the pharmacy.
