MedBen is pleased to announce the promotions of two long-serving members of our Client Services team. Megan Miller has been named Manager of Client Services for MedBen Administrators, and Bethany Peters has been named Manager of Client Services for MedBen Rx.

As Manager of Client Services for MedBen Administrators, Miller will oversee TPA Account Management activities and coordinate new group implementation process. “We are delighted that Megan has agreed to take on these new responsibilities for our TPA clients,” said MedBen President and CEO Kurt Harden. “Her understanding of our groups and leadership skills will be a great asset in this role.”

Miller joined MedBen in 2009 and has served in the Account Management team since 2010.

As Manager of Client Services for MedBen Rx, Peters will focus on developing, maintaining, and strengthening the service and product offerings for MedBen Rx clients. “As our fastest-growing subsidiary, MedBen Rx has created targeted pharmacy solutions to manage client plan costs while delivering best-in-class medications to members,” said Harden. “We are excited to have Bethany move into this new role to help clients manage pharmacy costs and experience even better than before.”

Peters started her employee benefits career with MedBen, supporting clients since 2015.
