MedBen continually strives to improve our MedBen Access online service and mobile app, with the goal of making it your one stop for claims and benefits information. In the past year, MedBen Access has introduced the following features (links open to feature instructions):
- (For plan administrators) display and print member ID Cards.
- Log in to the mobile app using biometric recognition (face ID or fingerprint).
- Access a virtual member ID card on the mobile app.
- Upload and submit an image or PDF of MedBen FSA and HRA substantiation receipts on both the online service and mobile app.
Members also have the option to go “paperless” by switching to electronic EOBs.
We are currently testing additional MedBen Access services that we expect to roll out soon. Watch for updates in future e-briefs!
