As you may recall, the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 (CAA) requires all health plans to file a pharmacy data report annually with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). For the 2025 reporting cycle, the Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) was due no later than June 1, 2026.
On May 20, MedBen submitted the required 2025 pharmacy data on behalf of our clients under Section 204 of the CAA. The RxDC pharmacy filing was made electronically via the CMS HIOS portal, in advance of the June 1 deadline.
