MedBen Analytics employer dashboard recently added Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which provides an added layer of security by requiring a verification code from an authenticator app in addition to a password. To help ensure a smooth login experience, we’ve updated our MFA User Guide with additional setup details and expanded instructions for both Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator users. MedBen clients can request a copy from their Account Management team.
