MedBen has achieved ISO 9001 recertification following a comprehensive audit by Intertek conducted May 26–29, 2026. Auditors issued a “No Action Required” result, confirming that MedBen’s Quality Management System is fully effective with no findings or opportunities for improvement.
“As we continue expanding our self-funding solutions, ISO 9001 certification remains a cornerstone of our commitment to consistent, high-quality service,” said Kurt Harden, MedBen Chairman and CEO. “This recertification reflects the strength of our work processes and the dedication of our entire team.”
MedBen first earned ISO 9001 certification in 2005 and has maintained recertification every three years through audits of its documented processes, risk management, and continual improvement initiatives that help ensure procedural accuracy across all operations.
Auditors also highlighted MedBen’s strong client satisfaction results, with a 4.7 out of 5 score on the 2025 Client Satisfaction Survey. “Client feedback continues to be one of our most valuable tools for measuring success and driving improvement,” Harden added.
If you haven’t yet completed a Client Satisfaction Survey, we strongly encourage you to do so. Your input and online reviews help us continue raising the bar on service and benefit solutions.
