A quarter century of service is something to celebrate! In 2026, three MedBen associates reach their 25-year anniversaries, and we’re pleased to recognize the talent, dedication, and care they’ve shared with co-workers and clients along the way.

Carissa Jones, Claims Processing Coordinator: “What I love about working at MedBen is the claim family — friends — I have grown with over the years, the flexibility of working from home, and the ever-changing health benefits management field. Not everything is the same from year to year.”
Cory Loughman, Manager of Administration: “I’ve remained at MedBen for over 25 years because I enjoy the people and believe in the company culture. The people of this company feel like family members. We also value promoting from within.
