
Asked about the value of the program, Bellis replied, “Maximizing your personal strengths and learning from other leaders in the community. With COVID, we had a unique opportunity to see how leaders navigate their team and business through uncertain times and constant changes,” she said.
As for how completing the program will benefit her, Bellis said, “The program allowed me to become more confident in my strengths and to encourage other team members to recognize their individual strengths, so we can work together to be a stronger team.”
SueMarie has served MedBen clients since 2007, starting in Customer Service before joining the Accounting Department in 2009. She is a graduate of Mt. Vernon Nazarene University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, and earned her CPA license in 2020.
