On May 15, MedBen Client Services Manager Angie Vensil successfully completed the Community Leadership Program offered by the Licking County Chamber of Commerce. The nine-month program helps local professionals strengthen leadership skills while gaining a deeper understanding of community resources.
Vensil joined MedBen’s Account Management team in 2023 and was promoted to Manager of Client Services for MedBen Administrators in 2025. She said the program encouraged personal growth and self-reflection while helping her become a stronger communicator and decision-maker.
“The program really helped me with conflict resolution and enhancing teamwork and collaboration within MedBen,” Vensil said. “It also taught me more about self-awareness, empathy, adaptability, and managing stress more effectively. I want to inspire our departments to do their best every day and help create a professional and rewarding workplace environment.”
