  • Live Representative Support: Members can call, email, or fax MedBen’s Customer Service team for personalized assistance with benefits, claims, and account updates.  
  • Voice Mail Follow-Up: Members can leave a message outside of business hours and a representative will call back. 
  • MedBen Access Online & Mobile App: Our secure portal allows members to review claims, check benefits, and perform other plan tasks. Alternately, our mobile app offers the same tools as the online site, optimized for on-the-go use.  (Scan on the QR code to download the app.)
  • Live Chat: Members can use the MedBen Access portal to connect with a representative during standard service hours.  
  • MedBen.com Resources: Our website provides downloadable forms, provider search tools, educational materials, and other helpful resources.
