MedBen is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Shannon Gilliand to Account Manager.
Gilliand joined MedBen in 2022 as a Customer Service Representative and later became an Account Representative, where she worked closely with clients to provide personalized support. In her new role as Account Manager, she will continue assisting plan administrators with claims and benefits questions and onsite employee meetings, while also taking on additional responsibilities to make client service even more seamless and convenient.
“Shannon has a real talent for building strong client relationships,” said MedBen Director of Client Services Tracie Lesko. “She’s always ready to lend a hand and make sure our clients get the help they need. This promotion reflects her dedication and the trust she’s earned from both clients and colleagues.”
Before joining MedBen, Gilliand gained experience in medical support, compliance, and office management roles. Her diverse background helped strengthen the service-oriented perspective she brings to her current role.
