MedBen is pleased to announce the promotions of:
- Brooke Hupp to Director of Sales;
- Beth Kilgore to Director of Benefit Services; and
- Bethany Peters to Director of MedBen Rx.
“These promotions are well-deserved because Brooke, Beth, and Bethany have each made significant contributions to MedBen’s growth and operational excellence, and we look forward to their continued influence in these roles,” said MedBen Chairman & CEO Kurt Harden.
Brooke Hupp joined MedBen in 2014 as a Regional Sales Manager and was promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2022. As Director of Sales, she will play a key role in shaping MedBen’s overall sales efforts while continuing to develop and promote our self-funded services, including alternative reimbursement strategies, pharmacy pricing solutions, and wellness and disease management. She will also maintain her current consultant and broker relationships.
“Brooke has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of the benefits marketplace and a proven ability to build lasting relationships,” said Vice President of Sales & Marketing Brian Fargus. “She has been instrumental in expanding our reach, and we’re excited that Brooke will be contributing to our long-term sales strategy.”
Beth Kilgore began her career with MedBen in 2014 as an Accounting Clerk and was subsequently promoted to Accounting Specialist. She later transitioned to MIS as a Business Analyst and was named Manager of Information Systems last year. In her new role as Director of Benefit Services, she will oversee our Auditing, Benefit Configuration, and Provider Services teams.
“Beth’s career progression reflects both her technical expertise and her commitment to MedBen’s operational excellence,” said Vice President of Information Systems & CSO Wendell Crain. “Her experience across Accounting and Information Systems uniquely positions her to lead our Benefit Services operations with clarity and insight.”
Bethany Peters started with MedBen in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative before joining the Account Management team, first as an Account Manager and then as Manager of Client Services. In 2024, she joined MedBen Rx as Manager, where she headed the development and ongoing enhancement of offerings for MedBen Rx clients. In her new position, she will continue to help deliver innovative pharmacy services.
“Bethany has played a pivotal role in the growth of MedBen Rx,” said President, COO & CPO Caroline Fraker. “Her focus on understanding each client’s unique needs and implementing strategies to meet them has strengthened the value of our pharmacy administration, making her exceptionally well-suited for this directorship.”
Congratulations to Brooke, Beth, and Bethany!
