On October 23-24, MedBen successfully completed the annual surveillance audit of its ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Following the review, independent auditors from Intertek recommended that our ISO Certification be maintained.

The audit recognized MedBen’s strong leadership commitment, effective problem-solving processes, and ongoing use of data to drive improvement. These efforts reflect the consistency and maturity of our quality standards – practices we’ve upheld since first earning ISO 9001 Certification in 2005.

The review covered multiple operational areas, including group eligibility, COBRA administration, and customer service performance. Staff interviews provided further insight into how quality standards are maintained day to day.

In addition to reviewing internal performance, the audit reinforced the importance of client satisfaction. Your feedback plays a key role in helping MedBen uphold these high standards.
