To provide an additional layer of security for users of the MedBen Analytics employer dashboard, MedBen will be implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for user logins beginning May 1, 2026. MFA is a widely used security measure that helps protect sensitive information by requiring an additional verification step when logging in.
With MFA enabled, users will continue to enter their normal password when accessing MedBen Analytics. They will then be prompted to enter a unique verification code generated by the Google Authenticator app on their smartphone or web browser. This simple extra step helps ensure that only authorized users are able to access account information.
Protecting client data remains a top priority for MedBen, and this update reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining strong security standards across our platforms. MFA will apply to all users within an organization once it has been enabled.
